While attuned to this item, you can cast Dancing Lights. The lights produced appear in the shape of illusory butterflies.
In addition, you can cast Faerie Fire or Feather Fall by expending 1 charge. Both spells are cast at 1st level. Creatures affected by spells cast using this amulet are surrounded by illusory butterflies.
The Amulet has 6 charges. All Charges are restored at dawn
