The amulet provides +2 to AC, resistance to Necrotic Damage, vulnerability to Radiant Damage and advantage on Death Saving throws. Resistance to necrotic damage overrides immunity to Necrotic Damage.
If an undead creature attempts to attune to this amulet they take 2d12 Force Damage and are launched 15-feet from the amulet.
If the amulet is unattuned 5 times by a single user the amulet disintegrates.
Hidden Effects:(Attunement does not reveal these effects without the use of an Identify Spell) [Some information can be ascertained through skill checks]
When the user attunes to the amulet an avatar of death appears randomly in the world with the sole goal to hunt down the wearer of the amulet so long as they are attuned to the amulet.
If the amulet is unattuned or destroyed and the avatar is still alive the avatar will remain in the world with free will so long as nobody is attuned to the amulet. If someone attunes to the amulet the avatar will hunt them down so long as they are attuned.
If the avatar is killed it shall randomly return to the home world of the wearer of the amulet after 24 hours have passed from it's death so long as someone is attuned to the amulet.
Every time the avatar of death is killed it receives an extra 1d8 to its necrotic damage. This effect does not leave the avatar until the amulet is unattuned.
If a creature other than the wearer of the amulet attacks the avatar of death another normal avatar of death appears to aid the original avatar.
Secret Effect:(Nothing reveals this, but information can be discovered through skill checks and observations) [An indentify spell can give a hint to the user]
If the avatar of death is killed 13 times in a row without unattuning the amulet the user attuned to the amulet is given the ability Summon Familiar of Death and the Amulet of Death's Curse disintegrates and is unobtainable by any means magical or non-magical.
