Alsei's Cloak of Elvenkind

This dark green material looks too delicate to be as sturdy as it is, with thick, lacey, kelp-like material dangling off and a deep, dark blue interior lining, it is very reminiscent of the ocean and a beautiful tribute to a fallen friend. 

While you wear this cloak with its hood up, Wisdom (Perception) checks made to see you have disadvantage, and you have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made to hide, as the cloak's colour shifts to camouflage you. Pulling the hood up or down requires a bonus action.
