Anarchy's Reign, a key fabled to unlock any secret, whether it be a simply locked draw or the deepest recesses of the mind be it mortal or immortal.

Created by the Change Bringer, Avandra during the Calamity. when dark minded individuals would lock away; either themselves, their power or that what they wished be kept away from divine light.

Used along side Thieves tools, Anarchy's Reign ignores magical restraints on any lock, treating it as if it were a Non-magical lock.

The key also contains 4 charges. 1 charge to cast the spell detect thoughts, 2 charges to cast the spell scrying.

Fancied by the Golden grin to be a symbol to counter tyranny and reveal their hurts to the people, Bards and Grinners under their banner sing of the telling that it will be found, one day...

Oath of the Change Bringer
