As well as increasing the wielder's AC by 2 and the spell attack/DC by 1, there are 3 large stars that appear every morning on this robe, and if the attuned wielder chooses to do so they may as a free action expend any number of remaining stars to increase their spell attack or their spell DC by the same number.
