While attuned to this amulet your mind and soul is contained within the amulet, when you die and the necklace is attuned to by another living being your mind and soul take over the body of the creature. If the amulet is removed from your body while you are still alive your body becomes brain dead, you will remain trapped inside the amulet until either the amulet is placed back onto your current body or it is attuned to by another living being. While attuned to this amulet you are unable to die from old age, thirst, or hunger but will continue to age, get thirsty, and get hungry until you die from other means.
Ounce attuned to the amulet you will be unable to willingly take it off, and will do everything in your power to keep the amulet on your person.
