This arrow only deals 1d6 Piercing Damage (+ your dexterity modifier) to a single target upon impact regardless of what bow it is shot from. All Creatures in a 10ft radius around the target have to make a dexterity saving through DC 18 or take 2d6 Lightning Damage. On a successful Save they only take half damage
