Wondrous Item, unknown rarity (requires attunement by a taking a short rest. Once properly attuned the creature will add 2-AC points to the user)
This small tortoise at first, looks like a normal creature, but upon closer inspection is made out of thrown together scraps of warforged constructs. Gears peering through cracks in the scrap shell, turning clockwork that emit steam every now and then.
