This Magical artifact is said to be crafted by an ancient group of pepole who attempted to contain dangerous or unique monsters and magic items. The goal of creating this item was probably to eliminate a monster they were having problems with containing. It seemed to be a success.
It's thought it took 6820 attempts to properly create this artifact, using ancient magic to enhance thier crafting capabilities. The final design is said to be based on an artifact used by the gods, having a rune translating to "20" at the top. The reason for this engraving is unknown. The words Antikill-Overkill are engraved on the side. Some believe "Overkill" is an alernate artifact.
This Artifact is used to destroy any one being and deleting them ever having existed from history.
You can cast disintergrate 3 times every day and if the creature is decintigrated noone will even remember the encounter and thier impact, such as monuments or ruins will be undone.
