Zzywri was once a regular human that was left  in awe from the magnificance of dragons. He wanted to share this feeling with others, and to achive this, he studied the arcane to create an item that could bring such wonder to everyone. He found studying to be extremely complicated, but as long as he had his goal in mind, he was being extremely more poductive. He noticed this effect and it only motivated him more. This way the completion of the staff was inevitable, he remembered how inspired he was and gave this effect to his staff.

When a dragonborn bard is wielding this staff, he can give every creature he chooses in a 150 ft range bardic inspiration for one hour, unless he leaves 200 ft of the pepole inspired. The staff can be used as an arcane focus and has 5 charges. Recharges at dawn.
