Armor of Blurred Reality

Parts of this semitransparent armor seem to blend and blur with reality, almost as if the armor itself is fading in and out of existence. It warps and moves, there one second and gone the next.

While wearing this armor, you gain a +3 bonus to AC. This armor contains a single charge, when activated this armor affects its user as if they were the target of the spells blink and blur simultaneously and without the need for concentration. This affects lasts for 1 minute and cannot be used this way until a new week has begun.

Made from tough but flexible leather, studded leather is reinforced with close-set rivets or spikes.
