This large golden, two step top spins on it's own so long as someone who's attuned to it is physically compressing the top. There are 10 gold panels along the side of the top the fold in half outwards when the top is compressed. Each panel holds the blueprints of a structure or vehicle that it has scanned. Once a day, a blueprint can be selected by pressing the panel into the device (concave). The top can be then pressed on the ground or on a damaged version of a previously built blueprint, and it will magically pull raw materials from an area no more than a 500ft diameter sphere and process that material into the pieces needed to build or repair the blueprint, which the top also magically does. If there are not enough resources to build the structure or vehicle in its entirety, the top will not build anything. If the construction or repair of a structure or vehicle is interrupted, the progress of the construction will be stable, but the construction stops.
The top can hold up to 10 blueprints. Old blueprints cannot be removed from the device, once it has learned something it never unlearns it. In order for the top to learn a new blueprint, it must be compressed while the top sends out a blue scanning beam and records the structure of a building or vehicle no more than 50% damaged and no more than 200x200x200 ft. Once the blueprint has been recorded it will appear on one of the panels.
Only one of each blueprint can be built at one time. If the top is activated to build a duplicate of an already built structure or vehicle, the old version will deconstruct itself. Similarly, if the top is inverted on top of an already built or damaged structure or vehicle, and compressed, the top will deconstruct the structure or vehicle and return the processed material to it's raw form, and send them back to their most logical and natural places either on or in the earth. Materials that cannot be returned to a source, like animal products, will be piled neatly next to the deconstruction project.
