Alarm Bell

This bell has three charges.  While holding the bell, you can expend charges to cast the alarm spell from it. You can use these charges to cast the spell multiple times, or you can use more than one charge on a single casting. The spell lasts eight hours for every charge expended on that casting, for a maximum of 24 hours (3 charges).  If the bell moves more than 30ft away from the alarmed area(s), the spell ends.  The bell regains all expended charges daily at dawn.
