Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a latching the Symbiont onto its hosts skin connecting it to their bloodstream.)
This small leech-like symbiont latches onto your skin, filtering your blood for adrenalin and storing it for slow digestion.
After the "leech" has been attached to you for 2 days you can crush the symbiont causing it to dump all of its collected adrenaline back into your bloodstream.
As a free action crush the "leech" and gain an entire additional action, make a Wisdom save DC14. If you fail you are frightened, in this state of panic you must use the turn gained by the symbiont to run away.
