Wondrous Item, rare
An amulet made with an unknown pale blue gem which shines brightly. When worn, the amulet binds itself to you, and any limbs or parts of limbs you have lost spring immediately from the spot they were lost, made from a magic material the same pale blue color as the amulet. These magical limb replacements are fully functional; you are able to feel and control them as if they were your own. These magical limbs may be attacked or severed, but will fully regenerate after a long rest.
This amulet has no effect until a limb is lost, thus having no effect on fully-limbed users, and cannot be used to compensate for decapitation.
