Amulet of omu’s wrath

This rare magic item was created by the omuan trickster god obo-la’ka. It is just a normal spellcasting focus. But when the attuned wearer is at 10 or less hit points, they gain an ability  called Omu’s wrath. This ability causes a creature called an organic exoskeleton is formed around the host and causing them to go into suspended animation. The host then gains mental control of the organic exoskeleton.
