These rings normally come in linked pairs. The linked partner for this ring seems to be already in use, as the ring feels warm in your hand. 

Once attuned to the ring, you gain resistance to all damage. 

Curse: This ring is cursed and makes the ring's wearer their own partner.

At the beginning of your next short or long rest, you take all damage that was mitigated by the ring since your last short or long rest. This damage cannot be mitigated or resisted in any way. This effect continues until you unattune to the ring or die. The Ring of the Consequences of Your Actions cannot be removed except by magical means, like the remove curse spell or similar magic, or extreme force.
