While holding this shield, you have a +2 bonus to AC. This bonus is in addition to the shield's normal bonus to AC.
As an action, you can help protect one allied creature within 5 feet of you of the same size or smaller than you. Until the start of your next turn or that creature moves further than 5 feet away from you, that creature treat's their AC as if it was your AC.
Additionally, you gain the message cantrip if you don't already have it. You may also cast sending once per day with this shield without expending a spell slot or requiring concentration. The Aegis of Kazrai regains use of this effect at dawn.
Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
