Any humanoid creature that is Large sized or smaller may wear this item. Within that range, no matter the foot size, the anklets will expand or constrict as necessary to fit the creature’s anatomy. To attune to this item, they must be worn against the skin of the ankles of the creature that desires to attune, while focusing on the body’s connection to the anklets. Using this item anywhere other than the ankles yields no effect.

While wearing these anklets, your Dexterity score changes to 28. The item has no effect on you if your Dexterity without the anklets is equal to or greater than 28.
