Tattoo Attunement. To attune to this item, you hold the needle to the skin where you want the tattoo to appear, pressing the needle there throughout the attunement process. When the attunement is complete, the needle turns into the ink that becomes the tattoo, which appears on the skin.
Cannot be unattuned. Removal requires 4 wish spell applied within a year(DM can change conditions for removal).
Creation and application requirement. Four high ranked wizards must be involved in the creation and application of the tattoo. Application takes 12 seconds (two rounds)
