Antimagic Collar

The only way to remove an antimagic collar that has been placed on a humanoid is to cast Dispel Magic (which will automatically succeed) on the collar, after which it will fall to the ground and cease to be magical. You cannot remove the collar by any other means. A more powerful spell, such as Wish, could instead be used to remove the collar.

While wearing the collar, the following effects are in place:

• You cannot cast any spells of 1st level or higher, even through feats, racial traits, or any other means.
• Your cantrips deal half damage to their targets.
• You cannot benefit from any spell or feature that changes your form, including Wildshape and Polymorph.
