This amulet allows the wearer a +10 on any insight checks and helps you to understand the reality of any situation. It also allows the wearer to cast the spell Stratum Transposition at will.
Stratum Transposition, colloquially called "instant poof", allows you and one other creature that you can touch to transport to any location in any plane that the spell caster has previously visited. All items on the person of the two people being transported are also taken with them, provided that they do not exceed the carrying capacity for those two creatures. If the spell caster attempts to take more than one additional creature, all additional creatures must make a Wisdom saving throw to avoid psychic damage due to the tenuous hold the spellcaster has on their person as they hurdle through space. If they succeed on the wisdom save, they retain no damage. If they fail, they roll on the Psychic Damage Table and risk losing a proficiency, spell, skill bonus, or general memories.
