Armor of Absorption

When an allied creature that you can see within 30 feet of you takes damage, you can use your reaction to allow them to take half damage (rounded down) and you then take the same amount of damage yourself.

This feature may be used once per long rest.

Made of interlocking metal rings, chain mail includes a layer of quilted fabric worn underneath the mail to prevent chafing and to cushion the impact of blows. The suit includes gauntlets.
