You can only use this on a horse or horse like steed. When you use this item you give it magic like powers. It’s max health will be increased by 10 and it will have access to the thunderclap cantrip. For every spell duff on it it will get 1 temporary hit point as well. If feed to any non horse it will taste like a normal apple.
