Armor (shield), artifact
The cane umbrella is an umbrella that has runes written on the surface of the outer canopy, and when opened, the wielder can create a magical shield that levitates above the top matter where it's facing. The umbrella can also be used to float down from tall objects.
Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
