You have a +1 bonus to AC while wearing this armor.
When you take acid, cold, fire, lightning, or radiant damage, you gain resistance to that damage type after the damage is taken for 1 minute.
Half plate consists of shaped metal plates that cover most of the wearer's body. It does not include leg protection beyond simple greaves that are attached with leather straps.
