Amulet of SaTai

Fashioned out of a Blue Sapphire and fine mithril  chain, this amulet has been enchanted for minor spell storing, and is typically found a with a 1st level spell. Once attuned the Amulet of SaTai can hold up to three spell levels, (3) 1st, or (1) 2sd and (1) 1st or (1) 3rd. After a long rest the owner can replace the spells with in. When found, there is a 75% chance the Amulet of SataiRe will have a spell within it.
