Amulet of the Red Dragon

The Amulet of the Red Dragon brings out the inner dragon within you. Add fire damage equal to your proficiency bonus + the spell level to any spell that inflicts fire damage. For cantrips add only the proficiency bonus.  Additionally reduce the damage you take from fire related damage by a number of hit points equal to your proficiency bonus.

Additionally a number of times equal to your level per day, You may inflict maximum fire damage instead of rolling. When both charges have been used, the amulet loses all magical properties until the next dawn.
