Armor (plate), very rare
This armor is gold with a white cape. As a bonus action, the cape emits a blinding light. All within thirty feet, excluding self, must make a con save. On a fail, they are blinded for a turn. Out of that blinding unfurled two large white wings. You gain a flying speed of 60 ft. and can use your wings to give yourself half cover while landed. Wings last until the wearer dies or the armor is destroyed.
Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.
