Wondrous Item, uncommon (requires attunement by a Warforged Spellcaster)
This magic artifact contains immense power. Not only does it power your body, it provides you with magic. The heart has 3 charges which can be used in either of these ways:
Recharge a spell slot equal to the amount of charges used (1 charge for 1st level slot, 3 charges for 3rd level slot), grant yourself advantage on your next Intelligence ability check (1 charge) or grant yourself advantage on your next spell attack.
When you expend all 3 charges, you gain a point of exhaustion (disadvantage on all ability checks) which can be removed by taking a short or long rest. The heart regains 1d3 charges per short rest or all charges at a long rest.
