An unknown cape

This cape is unknown. No one knows anything about it. When you put it on, roll a d20. (no modifiers)

1. you take 200 points of psychic damage. If your hit points drop to zero from this, you die.

2. you fall over, and are unconscious for 3d12 days.

3. you lose 100 gold, or if you have no gold, all of your money. If you have less than 100 gold but still have gold, you just lose that gold.

4. your weapons rust for ten days.

5. a hammer falls from the sky. Make a DC 17 dex. saving throw. on a fail, 50 bludgeoning damage. on a success, 25.

6. the cape keeps getting untied. Annoyed, you take it off, and it comes right back onto you, like a very annoying magnet. -2 on any check that requires you to pay attention, as well as all saving throws.

7. the cape is huge on you, and you look like you're wearing a tent. -2 to your charisma modifier until you try to take it off. (DC 19 strength saving throw)

8. you are shown flashes of what the cape can do to you, and you have no idea why you put the stupid thing on, but as soon as you take it off, you can't remember what made you take it off. You put it back on. Reroll.

9. you trip over and fall. 1 point of bludgeoning damage.

10. nothing happens. Hooray.

11. you gain one hit point.

12. you look nice in the cape. +1 to your charisma.

13. you can now permanently fly, but when you do, you fly in zigzags and twirls.

14. you now have telekinesis for 3d12 days. 

15. a young black dragon appears for you to command. he disappears after 6d12 hours.

16. A dragon turtle falls from the sky and hits one creature of your desire. They take 15d12 bludgeoning damage.

17. you gain truesight until you take off the cape.

18. one magic item of legendary rarity descends upon you, and anyone else who tries to take it from you is electrocuted, which is 5d10 lightning damage.

19. you gain 3 levels.

20. you get 50,000 gold and become immune to three types of damage. You also gain 60 non-temporary hit points, and know the secrets of the universe.
