Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement)
This thin band of elasticated material sits around the forehead. It has two glass lenses mounted on moveable fittings that can be raised and lowered over the eyes. A third lens sits in the middle of the band above and between the other two. Whereas before just one of the eye lenses was faintly glowing, now both glimmer with inner light.
This item stores an hour of light for every hour it is exposed to a source of light (for a number of hours up to double your Intelligence modifier). While using these lenses, you have darkvision out to a range of 60 feet for as many hours as are stored in the headband. If you already have darkvision wearing the goggles increases its range by 60 feet.
While attuned to this item, your Spell Attack and Spell DC increase by 2.
You gain Expertise on one Intelligence (Arcana, History, Investigation, Nature, or Religion) check of your choice.
Notes: Bonus: Spell Save DC, Bonus: Spell Attacks
