Armor of The Commander

You have a +1 bonus to AC while wearing this armor.
You can cast the command spell (save DC 13) while
attuned to this armor. You cannot use this ability again
until you have completed a long rest.

This armor consists of a coat and leggings (and perhaps a separate skirt) of leather covered with overlapping pieces of metal, much like the scales of a fish. The suit includes gauntlets.
