This cloak is animated and lively. When attuned to it, you can:
As a bonus action, you can send the cloak at an enemy and have it make a grapple action.
Outside of combat, any action you make with with the cloak will be treated as a an action made by its wielder. In doing so, it will use the Rug of Smothering stat block.
