This shard at first seems like nothing but with a deeper look shows the epitome of cosmic power. Ragnivaro Fellwind a well-known keeper of the cosmos and decipherer of the gods was kin of the gods. One fateful day, on the day of dim stars he powered his soul and magic into a shard that would be used to separate Aspat Dvan. No other beings could ever do such a feat as to sever the highest of beings. This shard feeds on the life force and magic of all creatures. No fiend nor celestial is capable of withstanding the power held within the shard.
When Ragnivaro made this shard he thought he was doing the will of the gods, he imagined a world filled to the brim with magic and wellness, but on the day of dim stars when the light above Ekosis grew dim, the world was open to chaos and soon the path of Inkantu was revealed. Anyone near the whispers can hear the regret from the shard. A man's voice lay with agony and sorrow of a choice made.
Cosmic Severance: If this shard is used the user must fill the shard with 22 spell slots to cause it to activate its soul sanctum. A chosen god, creature, or being will have its essence ripped out of its body as the vessel becomes limp. The user while within the soul sanctum can do whatever they desire with the soul. (DM discretion). When done when the soul sanctum is complete the sanctum will disappear and the severance will commence as cosmic chains became to wrap the body and are either destroyed or thrown into a pit from the Astral plane.
