Weapon (halberd), artifact

Atrius is a very intelligent weapon/Artifact he is a half elf Rogue who once hunted down mages, thus his demeanor towards magic. Atrius is a very ornate Silver Halberd with star rubies, diamonds, and emeralds embedded into the hilt, he is a +3(+5 against all magic), at his will he is able to detect magic, invisible objects, and all precious metals within 800 ft. If Atrius lands a successful attack against any mage they are stunned for 1 round no save, if you land a critical hit the mage must save vs death or be disintegrated. Atrius is also capable of casting dispel magic 5x per day, and has the ability to perform a 2 full heals per day or 1 full resurrection.

Any being who tries to handle Atrius at any time will have to roll 5 consecutive successful intelligence checks against Atrius to control him if the player fails Atrius takes control of the player for a number of rounds equal to 1d4x( the difference of the failed check) at which time you must continue to roll checks until successful or Atrius allows your return. If for any reason Atrius feels unsafe or in danger after submitting to a player  he will attempt a "takeover" and the player must roll 3 consecutive successful intelligence checks with advantage or suffer the same fate as above.

Atrius is very stubborn and until the player creates a strong bond between themselves and Atrius, Atrius will often disobey, and will refuse to divulge any information or use his abilities and if Atrius is upset he may even suggest false information and completely go inactive from 1 hr up to 1d4 days.

Atrius had 1 goal in life, he was tasked with eliminating all mages who's power was at or above 3rd level. Atrius has the ability to speak up to 15 languages (DM choice) and possesses an intelligence of 24 and a charisma of 18.

Proficiency with a Halberd allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Cleave. If you hit a creature with a melee attack roll using this weapon, you can make a melee attack roll with the weapon against a second creature within 5 feet of the first that is also within your reach. On a hit, the second creature takes the weapon’s damage, but don’t add your ability modifier to that damage unless that modifier is negative. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
