Its handle had been carved from the first tree felled to give way to the settlement of Dragon's Brae. Bestowed upon the axe is the will of all the dragonborn who fled their captors of the north. This axe does an additional 1d8 against enemies with an evil alignment. Three times per day, a command word can be spoken to spend one of the charges of the axe to immediately cut down any tree within +5ft., with a trunk that has a diameter of no more than 3 feet, and can fell the tree in any direction they choose.
Proficiency with a Handaxe allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
