A red liquid in a syringe, the liquid can do two things. Make a Constitution DC 15 saving throw, if failed the creature it's used on takes 15 damage and is poisoned.
If the check is passed the creature instead gains 15 bonus HP, advantage on strength, dexterity, and wisdom (perception) checks.
