Wondrous Item, common (requires attunement by a Must be attuned to for use)
An amulet depicting a roulette wheel with a question mark in the center and little purple lightning bolt designs radiating out of it. When activated it will use a random magic effect from its own table. The effects of the amulet lasts 10 minutes unless it is stated otherwise by the activated ability.
