This bell, shaped from bronze without any sign of manufacturing or smithing, fits in palm of your hand and is faintly cool to the touch. Ringing it produces a gentle sound, through something about the soft tones is faintly disconcerting. Each of the four petal like lips of metal that enclose the clapper are decorated with patterns of animals and plants inlaid in silver, all of which upon closer inspection prove to be unusual and fantastic. Almarji and four winged crows, winged hedgehogs and sheep-plants, and even the occasional glimpse of sylvan figures peaking out from strangely shaped trees cover the metal in near-hypnotic detail. You feel as if you could stare at the patterns for days and never see all there is to perceive.
This object of fey creation acts as +1 casting item and allows the user to speak Sylvan and sense the presence of any fey creatures withing 100 feet as an action. The bell can be rung to cast misty step even if the user does not know this spell. Once per day the Arcadian Bell can also be used to cast either Protection from Good and Evil or Summon Fey.
Curse. Once attuned to this item the Arcadian Bell can not be parted from its holder permanently, reappearing on their person each dawn regardless of what means are used to restrain it unless targeted with a Dispel Curse spell. While attuned to this object the user gains a level of exhaustion each time they fail a deception check.
