Amulet of Twofold Vision

This ornately crafted necklace takes the shape of a small octopus, with one red corundum in one eye, and one blue corundum in the other. It grants two abilities to creatures that wear it while attuned, each incredibly useful in the hands of an experienced spellcaster.

1. You can concentrate on two spells at once. Whenever you take damage, you roll for each spell. If you succeed one roll and fail another, you can choose which spell to break concentration on.
2. This amulet has two charges. By expending a charge, you can emit a wave of psychic energy targeting any amount of chosen creatures that you can see within a 20 ft. cone. Those targeted by this effect must make a DC 12 Intelligence saving throw or take 10 (2d8 + 2) psychic damage. If they fail the saving throw by 6 or more, they also become stunned. They can make the saving throw again on their turn as well as when they take damage and end the condition on a success.
