*Note* The shortsword weapon type can be substituted for any proficient weapon of your choice.
Arcane Parry. As a reaction, you can add 3 to your AC against one spell attack that would hit you. To do so, you must see the attacker and be wielding the saber.
Retractable Blade. The arcane Saber is able to retract into itself, becoming just a hilt. When drawn arcane energy is released from the hilt forming the blade.
Arcane Weapon. All damage dealt with by this blade is considered magical.
Proficiency with a Shortsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
