Three Bands of pure Adamantine consisting of 1 Torc Necklace and 2 Wristlets reminiscent of Manacles but with no chain loops. wearing these bands artificially improves the perceived character of the wearer, making them seem more trustworthy, attractive, and or intimidating depending on how the wearer wishes to be perceived. be they pauper or noble the wearer comes off as the best version of themselves.
upon attunement with this item and while the wearer is wearing the set, charisma score increased by 1. this effect can allow a charisma score to increase above 20 supposing the wearer had a charisma of 20 or higher upon attunement.

Posted Jul 4, 2022Other builds have Belts of Giant strength, and Manuals of assorted things to increase their ability scores above 20. it is time for us charisma classes to get one too.
designed specifically for my Jeweler half drow Hexblade Sorcerer Paladin multiclass but is useful by all charisma based classes
