Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a 1 hour of focus with the badge in the physical possession of the Special Agent)
Special Agents' badges manifest in a variety of ways. This one is an amber stone, about half the size of a man's fist, with a metallic copper owl emblem inside. Small green metallic flecks are scattered about the owl like a starburst. It has been mounted to a carrier made a metal clasp, and leather harness to secure the badge over the chest of the Special Agent.
Theses badges are issued by an Agency known as the "Owls of the New Moon" and a badge is required for hunters in the Special Agents subclass to channel the psychic energy which enhances their investigations.
Notes: Disadvantage: Deception, 1 hour of focus with the badge in the physical possession of the Special Agent
