While attuned to this ring you can use the sorcery points stored within this ring to cast a spell with the Heightened Spell metamagic option. You can use this ability even if you do not have the Heightened option selected. 

Sorcery points can be stored within the ring on a long rest for the cost of 4 sorcery points. The sorcery points have to be available at the beginning of a long rest to charge the ring. The ring stores enough sorcerous power for one use per long rest.You may attune to only one Ring of Sorcerer's at a time.
