Wondrous Item, legendary
Must be Crafted into an arrow or bolt before use. Taking one action and requiring a Intelligence check
As Your attack action you may load your crafted arrow/bolt to your weapon and fire it, enhancing the attack to cause an Essence Sever attack.
Upon firing the arrow tip begins to shatter, and it disintegrates into small pieces of now airborne shrapnel, that appears to be pure elemental air energy.
On a successful attack you deal normal weapon damage and an extra 2d10 lightning damage, and the target must make a DC 20 Dexterity saving throw.
Upon a failure the target permanently loses any connection it's soul has tethered to an item.
