As an action you are able to sacrifice X hit points. After doing so there will be X hit points stored in the Amulet of Sacrifice. You can use an action to spend the hit points to heal a creature that you are touching. They gain hit points equal to the amount that you spend. The Amulet of Sacrifice can store a maximum of 100 hit points.
