Amulet of Maglubiyet

This amulet is adorned with a sparkling ruby gem set into a gold necklace. The back of the necklace shows a depiction of Maglubiyet in an intimidating stance with the inscription "The Mighty One" written in goblin underneath. The amulet gives off a warm energy to its wearer. As a bonus action the wearer or an ally can look at the amulet to regain hit points equal to 1 hit dice of the wearer or ally. As an action it can be increased to 2 hit dice of the wearer or ally. The amulet can only use this feature once per long / short rest per creature.
