Wondrous Item, very rare
A long sharp thorn magically grew from a rose in full bloom.
A creature struck by the arrow must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed for 10 days. During this time, the target becomes deeply infatuated with the first creature they see.
The charmed target's infatuation can use an action to cast Suggestion on them once per day without expending spell slots, requiring material components, and without having the spell prepared. A creature who has suggestion cast on them in this way automatically fails saving throws against the magic. The arrow deals no damage, and after hitting a target, dissolves and is destroyed.
Notes: Charmed
