You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. While attuned to this sword, a voice, assumingly from the weapon itself, can communicate with you telepathically at will so long as you are on the same plane as it.

Additionally, costing 2 charges, when a creature is hit with the sword, they must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, they begin choking, as their lungs fill with sea water. The choking creature is incapacitated until the end of its next turn, when the effect ends on it. Upon spending 1 charge, you may also shoot a 30 feet long jet stream of water out of the blade. The target must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, they are blasted 15 feet backwards.

Pact. This blade is a pact blade, and becoming attuned to it extends the pact to you unwillingly. As long as you remain in the pact, you are unable to part with the blade, keeping it within reach at all times. If gone too far without it, it with return back to your hand. The weapon can be summoned out of thin air at will. You also have disadvantage on attack rolls with weapons other than this one, unless no foe is within 60 feet of you that you can see or hear.

If you attempt to do something against the will of the sword, you must make a DC 14 Charisma saving throw. On a successful save, you takes 3d6 psychic damage. On a failed save, you are dominated by the sword, as if by the dominate monster spell, and the sword forces you to follow the commands of the sword. The spell effect ends when the sword's entity is pleased with your service, or when the pact is broken.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
